Solid E-Series reel

Durability and Water Resistance
We’ve integrated titanium into key components, such as the handle bolt and main shaft, to provide the perfect balance of strength and lightness. The reel is equipped with a single-turn drag knob and is fully saltwater-proof. Every tolerance has been carefully refined to ensure a flawless fit and seamless functionality. Waterproofing is one of the most critical features of any fly reel, as even the slightest water intrusion can lead to failure. To prevent this, we meticulously examined every aspect of the E Series to ensure it is 100% waterproof. We’ve achieved superior water repellency by using top-tier sealing materials and enforcing precise tolerance standards. Terms like "water-resistant" and "waterproof" are often thrown around by reel manufacturers, but few products truly deliver on those claims. We’ve gone beyond industry standards by pressure-testing the E Series reels to ensure they meet our promise of complete waterproof reliability.

Titanium Applications
Due to its excellent properties, we use titanium in several key components of the reel. Titanium is widely used across many industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, and Industrial for several reasons, but in short Titanium’s strength, lightweight nature, and corrosion resistance make it a perfect choice for certain parts in a fly reel.
Titanium is 40% lighter than stainless steel and offers a better strength-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for applications where weight and strength are crucial. With a melting point of 3027°C, titanium alloys can withstand high temperatures, making them ideal for aerospace and automotive applications. Titanium also resists corrosion from seawater, acids, and various chemicals better than stainless steel.
High-Performance Carbon Composite Brake Discs
For components like brake discs, we use advanced high-strength carbon composite materials, offering exceptional strength and resistance to cracking compared to isotropic graphite or standard composites. These brake discs are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures of up to 2000°C without any deformation, ensuring unmatched performance and durability even under the most demanding conditions.
